Since Day One in 1978 We have put our hearts and souls into every effort every day to get it right for our customers.  We work hard to source and ship the best items to you.  We almost always get it right.  Occasionally, despite our best efforts, something goes wrong. If you ever have a problem with a Jeannie's Enterprises item, please let us know, so we can make it right. Then we'll get right back to working for you.

First and Foremost We are Parents and Grandparents.  The well being of all the children is nearest to our hearts.  We play by the rules.  Our products are thoroughly tested to meet or exceed consumer toy safety standards for materials, labeling, age grading, etc.  Jeannie's Enterprises is in full compliance with U.S., E.U., and other international safety regulations. Certificates of Compliance are on file.
